14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Pooh Poohs bracelet. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions

• Item must be unworn and in original condition.
• Original packaging must be included.
• Custom or personalized items are final sale.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Return

1. Email us at sandy.c3n@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sandy.c3n@hotmail.com with photos. We will make it right — including covering return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

Processing Time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive your return. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
